How to prepare garlic syrup?

Need:

  • 1 garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp linden honey
  • 1 lemon

Peel garlic cloves and cut in half. Peel the onion and chop it. Put in a jar. Squeeze lemon juice, add to garlic and onions, add honey. Let stand for a few hours until the syrup appears.

Serve for a maximum of 7 days three teaspoons per day.
