The following recipe will allow you to prepare a quick meal, dessert or addition, loved by children. Also for the allergy-free version!
two medium apples or one large
half a cup of flour (wheat or gluten-free)
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence (not necessarily)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (not necessarily),
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
about 7-8 tablespoons of water
butter for frying
Wash the apples, peel the skin and cut into small slices. Beat eggs with sugar. Add soda, possibly an essence and cinnamon. Beat, then add flour and gradually water, mix until a thick cream consistency. Add apples and mix gently. Fry in a small amount of butter.
