- 3 cups of expanded amaranth,
- 2 medium bananas,
- 1 medium apple
- cinnamon and possibly sugar for sprinkling.
Cut the banana into slices, crush with a fork and mix (you can by hand) with amaranth. The resulting mass is put on a cake tin (diameter 20-25 cm) previously greased with fat.
Peel the apple, cut it and lightly stick into the mass. Sprinkle with cinnamon (we can also sprinkle with sugar).
We bake about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Can be given to children from 9 months of age.
